You're responsible for your account. Keep your password private. Don't share access with others. If someone uses your account without permission, tell us immediately. You own what you post, but you give us permission to use it on the platform. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights.

Transactions happen between you and the other party. We facilitate the connection and provide the tools, but the actual business is yours to conduct. Payment, delivery, quality, disputes—these are between buyer and manufacturer. We're the infrastructure, not the middleman taking responsibility for every detail.

We don't guarantee results. The platform works as is. We try to keep it running, but we can't promise it'll never break or that information will always be perfect. Use it at your own risk. We're not liable for lost profits, data, or opportunities that come from using Reshore.

If you have a dispute, we'll try to help, but ultimately you and the other party need to work it out. If it goes to court, it happens in the jurisdiction where Reshore operates. These terms are the agreement between us. If something here doesn't work legally, the rest still stands.
