When you send the application form, we collect:

Company name, your name, your role, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
Your country and your main manufacturing process
The countries of your main buyers, your typical payment terms and your monthly purchase order volume
The products you are interested in

We also keep the messages you send us by email.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Website, our analytics tools collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the links you click, the website that referred you and the time you spend on each page. See our Cookie Policy for details.

If you send a form that includes your email address, we link your activity on the Website to that email address. This helps us understand your interests when we follow up on your application.

Information from other sources

4. Your factory's operational data

If your factory works with Reshore, you may license operational data to Reshore, such as production, tooling, quality, materials and operations records. This data is governed by your agreement with Reshore, not by this policy. We use it to score your credit risk and to provide Reshore IQ. Your data is secure and encrypted, and we anonymize every record. Data licenses and data partnerships are subject to a separate agreement.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, databases, email delivery, analytics and customer relationship management. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Capital partners that fund Advanced Factoring, when this is needed to evaluate or fund your application, under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, when the law, a court order or a legal process requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
A buyer or successor of our business, if we are part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Anyone else, with your consent.

6. International transfers

We work with manufacturers in Mexico, the United States and Canada, and our service providers may store data in the United States or other countries. When we transfer your information across borders, we protect it as described in this policy.
